I almost asked to switch my rest day to today. I almost didn’t even try because I felt tired & beat up & I couldn’t tell if it were one of those days I needed to suck it up and push or if I needed to listen to my body. I decided to go for it & im SO proud of that decision. I think I really like (ew ???) clean and jerks for maybe the first time ever. They have felt SO much stronger and more consistent position wise. It’s been a tough two week turn around between these two comps, but I am so excited for this weekend. I can’t remember the last time I competed that WASN’T super high stress. I’m pumped to open higher than I’m comfortable with & maybe just do openers, maybe not! I DONT KNOW AND IM EXCITED FOR IT @2poodperformance @rehband
