Deload day 2: 2nd to last training session before comp. 80kg/100kg/155kg/ @romwod sesh. Usually still feel pretty rough and achy, but snap starts to come back & legs almost always feel fresh already. I like to do my deloads with timed rest and just get in, get movin, get out. Usually by this point I’d be at the comp venue already so I don’t get to do all my accessory stuff, but since I’m home now I’m keepin up with that as well. Flyin in tonight (aka tomorrow morning rly), coachin a few sessions & I’ll share my day before comp deload session/usual routine :)
