We sauteed the peppers and onions in the #castiron skillet over direct heat on the #BigGreenEgg until softened.. add a can of #peoplesbrew #moundbuilders and bring to boil ??? Add sausage and cook in beer for 15 mins flipping once.. add a little more beer now if needed. Move cast iron to the side and place brats on the grill grate and grill for 2-3 mins per side until you achieve desired color. Remove from heat ?
