INGREDIENTS: Cake sheet: 4 Egg whites 50g Sugar 4 Egg yolks 30g Sugar 30g Oil 35g Milk 50g Cake flour 20g Matcha powder . Filling 400ml Double cream 20g Matcha powder 30g Condensed milk. . METHOD: 1. Whip 4 Egg yolks and 30g Sugar. 2. Add 35g Milk, 30g oil in the egg yolk mix and mix them well. Then add 50g Cake flour and 20g Matcha powder through a sieve. 3. Whip 4 Egg whites in another bowl and put 50g Sugar in 2 different times to make meringue. 4. When the meringue is done put some of the meringue into the batter and mix. Then put the batter into the meringue bowl and mix it gently with the spatula. 5. Prepare cake pan and put parchment paper on top. Then pour the batter and bake it in 180°C for about 15 minutes. 6. Whip 400ml Heavy cream in a cold bowl and divided into 2 portions. Then put 20g Matcha powder and 30g Condensed milk in one portion and whip gently. 7. Remove the cake sheet from the oven and cool off in room temperature. Then put the sheet on the table and put 2 types of whipped cream on each side and roll. 8. Put it in the refrigerator for the cake roll to settle and then cut it into desired sizes. .
