For the people asking what I do in terms of training and diet (when I’m not pregnant) I eat a Mediterranean diet full of olive oil, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, breads, seafood and meats. I drink Turkish coffee (one a day), I stay hydrated (water and herbal tea) and I do not drink alcohol. I walk almost everyday and I workout (resistance training) ONLY 3-4 times per week for 28 mins.
So to put that in perspective... I workout for LESS than 2 hours a week in a gym while eating a Mediterranean diet and having coffee. NO training supplements at all (no pre or post workout powders) I also do not have protein powder. I have a healthy balanced diet.
