In a visit to Glasgow today, The Earl of Wessex, UK Trustee of The Duke of Edinburgh Award, visited two schools to see the impact of the scheme in the city. In Glasgow, 945 young people have achieved their @dofeuk Award so far this year, which is a 50% increase compared with 2018.

This morning, The Earl visited Trades Hall, The Incorporation of Coopers Glasgow, for The Earl of Wessex Awards. The Incorporation support the making and repairing of casks and barrels - HRH presented certificates to apprentices and other young people who have been learning the craft.
