Pizza or pasta?? ?? Everyone asks me ‘I’m training and eating well why am I not losing weight!?’ ‘How many calories should I eat a day!?’ ‘what Is a Calorie Deficit?’ ——————————————————————————— Each bite of food you eat contains energy in the form of calories. You need to consume calories for your body to function properly. But most of us consume more calories than we need each day. This creates a calorie surplus or calorie excess. The extra calories are stored as fat.
Basically it’s like spending more money then we earn. So we need to spend less to create savings (calories deficit ?)
Some people like counting calories, but I don’t I have a vague idea of my total caloric intake each day, and usually know if I’m deficit or not.
And I think counting macronutrients takes things to a level of detail that the majority of people don’t need and cannot sustain – I’ve never counted them in my life!
The best advice I could give is get to know your body! What balance works for you. Be mindful of what your eating and try to fit in a couple of workouts a week you enjoy! And have a ? ??? occasionally ??????
