I know it’s not easy guys but every positive step forward no matter how small is still progress. As a teen I starved myself to the point of being anorexic because I hated my body, after having babies I cried every time I looked in the mirror at the loose skin, excess weight and stretch marks from pregnancy, and with ongoing digestive issues I go from skinny to beached whale in ten seconds flat everyday thanks to lifelong intolerances and stomach cramps. BUT, I’m grateful for my body, thankful for my journey and in love with my imperfections as a grown woman, mother and survivor of health implications that can happen to all of us at anytime. So love the skin you are in, regardless of what point of your journey you are at, recognise how far you have come, what you have learned and accept it’s ok to mourn the perfect teenage body you have lost. Use today and tomorrow going forwards to appreciate yourself, be more kind to yourself and always believe in yourself my darlings ?? ------------------------
