Ingredients:
2 8oz. cuts of filet mignon
14 ounces brussels sprouts
3 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Flavorgod Pink S+P
1 1/2 teaspoons Flavorgod Bacon Lovers
1 1/2 teaspoons Flavorgod Chipotle
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Line baking sheet with foil. Trim and cut brussels sprouts in half. Add brussels sprouts, olive oil, Flavorgod Bacon Lovers and 1/4 teaspoon Flavorgod Pink S+P in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat. Pour onto baking sheet and place on center rack. Shake pan every 5 minutes to prevent burning. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
One hour prior to grilling remove steaks from refrigerator. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season both sides of steak with Flavorgod Chipotle to taste and 1/4 Flavorgod Pink S+P.
Place steak on the grill rack over heat. Cover the grill. Use the following timings for grilling filet mignon, and turn once halfway through the grilling time: For a 1-inch cut, grill 10 to 12 minutes for medium rare (145 degrees F).
