?1-large eggplant /unpeeled /sliced in rounds 1/4-inch thick⁣
?6-zucchini / unpeeled /sliced in rounds 1/4-inch thick.(yellow and green)⁣
?1 - yellow onion / fine chopped⁣
?2 - portobello mushrooms / fine chop⁣
?1 cup - spinach⁣
?2/3-cup - olive oil⁣
?7 tbsp-Flavorgod Vegan Cheese Seasoning⁣
?1 tbsp - Flavorgod Himalayan pink salt.⁣
?2 tablespoon - minced garlic (6 cloves)⁣
?4-6 - (no boil) lasagna sheets⁣
?1/2 cup - chopped fresh basil leaves, lightly packed⁣
?4-6 cups - marinara sauce⁣

Directions:⁣
?Preheat the oven to 400°F.⁣
?sauté separately: zucchini and eggplant, making sure to add in tbsp of minced garlic along with dash of Flavorgod pink salt at the end.⁣
?saute chopped portobello mushrooms and chopped onions⁣
?Spread 1/2 cup of the marinara in a 9×13×2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle over marinara 2 tbsp Flavorgod vegan cheese seasoning. Arrange vegetables on top, then a layer of the noodles. Repeat, starting with the marinara. Spread the last 1 1/2 cups of marinara on top and sprinkle with more Flavorgod vegan cheese seasoning⁣
?cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes⁣
?remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!⁣
