もりかわ、チウネ、acaで修行したしろう君が新しくオープンしたお店「山崎」。
2018年、長谷川稔とともに出会えてよかった新店です。
霞町しろう時代よりかなりレベルが上がっていて、チウネ、acaでの日々は充実していたんだろうなぁと感じました。

It is a new restaurant that I'm happy to meet with Minoru Hasegawa in 2018.
I felt that the levels were considerably higher than Kasumacho Shiro, and the days in Chiene, aca were fulfilling.
And congratulations on winning Michelin single star in half a year since opening.
