年末にさしかかる頃、ようやく2018年出会えてよかったレストランが現れました。
北海道から広尾に突如現れた「長谷川 稔」。
2018年の5月オープンで、あれよこれよと人気が出てしまい、予約は1年半待ちに。
カテゴライズするのは難しいですが、イタリアン和食と言ったところでしょうか。
金目鯛、蝦夷鹿のカツレツ、トウモロコシのムース。
忘れられない品になりました。
