I’ve joked that I didn’t understand why white people liked toast until I went to @sqirlla. But don’t let the simplicity of Sqirl fool you: @prosciuttosnacks is one of the best chefs in America. And she’s criminally underappreciated. She and her team have challenged the assumption of what a great restaurant could be and changed the way people eat. She’s widely imitated but never matched because she cares more and works harder. ?
