Flashback to last year when I was at my peak shape. I lost some muscle & gained a bit of inches around my midsection as of today. I’ve been working so hard on my third business @fitangelcollection which I am super proud of the material blend, the comfort, the fit, and the overall message which is that all women are beautiful fit angels at every stage of their fitness journey. We all deserve to feel confident, happy, strong & beautiful even if we took a few steps backwards in our progress. We can always strive for progress and should never aim for perfection. So cheers to myself and any of you out there who aren’t in “peak” shape but working towards body goals, health and happiness!?? If you are working on yourself, I’m super proud of you.
