@shawn_booth18 Good for weight loss?? I struggle to find plant based meals that work for weight loss. Most of the ones I find have a lot of but bases and are super super fatty. Thanks in advance!

Do the plant based protein meals on your app contain soy, tofu? I can’t have that , that’s why I was curious
