It’s not every weekend we fly to Mexico, but this weekend, @iberostar invited us to celebrate the grand opening of their new Star Camp kid’s program. Didn’t take long to RSVP yes to that one ? I am seriously so impressed by the Star Camp (as are Mazzy and Harlow) so I’m just going to give you guys all the details. It’s got three different programs- Monkeys (4-7yos), Dolphins (8-12yos) and Eagles (13-17yos), with three separate rooms for each age group. The monkeys have a huge climbing structure with slides and swings, the dolphins have a trampoline gym with basket ball hoops and the Eagles have a gaming room and a professional looking DJ set-up. There’s also an awesome kid’s kitchen for cooking lessons, a lounge for movies, an area for old school games and puzzles, and a stage with big beanbag chairs in the audience. But regardless of everything going on in the star camp building, most groups spend their days out and about. Mazzy has been with her group since after lunch. She played beach soccer, pool basketball, went in the wave pool, performed in tonight’s show and is now at a disco after party. Harlow is having a tougher time because she wants to be with Mazzy and since they are in different groups, she is opting to stay with Mike and me. But that’s ok because having a big kid super excited to do her own thing is making me really appreciate pool time with my little one ❤️ Harlow finally came out of her shell tonight at the show (a chance to be in the spotlight was too tempting to pass up!) and I’m guessing we might be in our own tomorrow. #iberostar #starcamp #sponsored
