As many of you know, @homepolish sent direct messages to everyone who left a negative comment on their account, indicating that they are working with us to fix things. Based on that message (thank you to all who made me aware of it), I emailed them on Jan 31st saying that I was thrilled to hear they were working on solutions and gave them a few solutions I would find acceptable. On February 2nd, the CEO emailed me back directly saying that while he disagreed with how I depicted them, he was interested in making it right and suggested we meet for coffee. I responded by saying that I stood by what I posted, but share his interest in making things right. I suggested that instead of coffee, we meet in my apartment to assess the work. I gave him four date options which included last Thursday, last Friday, yesterday and today. He never responded. I was hopeful and now I am disappointed. I also want you to know that I am going to start sharing some of the renovation changes in our apartment that I am happy with. We have been dealing with the Homepolish fallout since October, so some of these things were started with Homepolish and finished separately with a different contractor. There are still lots of remaining items and I appreciate everyone who has reached out asking how they can help. We are figuring things out as we go.
