My #DailyLimit training: I have created a resourceful program for all the main workouts I did last year during a 9-week training. If you wish to be part of the project, here I share some tips:
First of all, I made a list about the general requirements that the rock climbing destination, where I wanted to go, probably required. I gave notes to each criteria and though got a feedback about my weaknesses and strengths. The download link for this "Anforderungsprofil" is in my Bio. Define your goal and estimate your actual skill, then tomorrow I let you have the program for the first 3-week training.

Just some little tips:
-) The starting time of your training depends on the date of your climbing trip. The total three-cycle program should be finished one week before the climbing trip begins (3x3 weeks + 1 week).
-) I experienced that after a longer gym season my first climbing trip outdoors usually is quite frustrating. Though, I suggest rock climbing to be included occasionally. ? #edelrid
