When it comes to fitness, we celebrate numbers but often forget the unique, yet subtle moments to celebrate that happens throughout our journey’s. While I will share the numbered results, it’s important for you to know how the numbered results are fueled. Are they fueled by diet and exercise? Yeah, but is that the main source of their fuel— NO! ACTION is the biggest source of fuel for anyone’s transformation and most of the time that action is a response to adversity and how you actually maneuver your way through the things that used to hold you back. So, let’s take a visit inside this photo and look at a 360 view of what’s happened over the last 2 weeks for Renee, David Gina! ? Renee: Mom of twins plus 1. Her goals in the last two weeks included finding time for herself and breaking through food and intensity plateaus that would have normally taken control of her hectic life. She added a riser to her step, she upped the intensity of her workouts, she rearranged her schedule to make time to give back to herself. All of this fueled her 6 pound/11 inch progress! ? David: A Dad who travels often work and hasn’t worked out in years. Non scale victories included: PORTION CONTROL. Not necessarily changing what he eats, but changing how much he eats, has helped him lose 13 pounds/10 inches in the past 2 weeks! Fun fact: His daughters had to start an Instagram account for him. ? ? Gina: A government worker who leads a busy life and finds it difficult to prioritize exercise. How amazing is it that she set up her workout space in the kitchen because she didn’t want it to escape her?! She, unlike a lot of us, doesn’t like to eat a lot and feels stuffed. She went from eating once a day to choosing foods and portion sizes that work for her. She was doing Transform :20 without a step, and now in the second chapter, is going to add the step to her workouts because she’s more confident in herself. All of this maneuvering through life, fueled her to lose 7 pounds/12 inches. ? In closing, it’s NOT about the weight loss! It’s about how you find ways to keep TRANSFORMING! #transform20
