It’s been an insane few days for me exploring Thailand and Sri Lanka with @the.hungry.tourist as my guide and we have eaten at literally ALL the best restaurants and met so many amazing people that I am just SO grateful for this truly unique experience! I cannot recommend @the.hungry.tourist enough if you’re serious about eating and also learning in depth about the people and communities we visit....just be warned that if you go on one of his trips you must be ready to eat A LOT as I’m usually the biggest eater in the group, but not on this trip as I’ve been topped by master eaters @ramen_beast and @migrationology and must now train hard in the offseason so I can regain my crown on the next trip! I joke, I joke, but in all seriousness, we now have a @karmagawa school in Bangkok, and I’m SO incredibly excited to also begin supporting several great charities in Sri Lanka as even though this is only my 2nd time in this country, I’ve already fallen in love with the incredible people, food and culture and I cannot wait to come back in a few months and make a real impact with Karmagawa! #freshfish #twojewcrew
