A simple pan sear of the shrimp allowed the stuffing of Chimichurri to escape while cooking, infusing the shrimp in tons of flavor?

Recipe for:
Spinach Chimichurri
?1 cup - spinach, tightly packed
?1 bunch - fresh parsley
?1/2 cup - Chopped red onion
?3-8 - garlic cloves
?To taste: #Flavorgod Himalayan Salt & Pepper
?1/2 tsp. - #Flavorgod Taco Tuesday
?1/4 cup - red wine vinegar
?1/2 cup - olive oil

In a small food processor, combine spinach, parsley, onion, garlic, #flavorgod S&P, #flavorgod Taco Tuesday, and vinegar. Pulse a few times and scrape down sides. With blending, drizzle 1/2 cup olive oil into mixture and process until almost smooth.
