Pizza roasted carrots, cauliflower and chopped red onion. I paired this with a nice tri-tip with chimichurri sauce and smash red potatoes. ????

Preheat oven 450 degrees. Chop it up, mix it up (with about 1 tbsp ? oil and seasoning) and spread it on a baking pan (That’s what she said ???@armedalys). Roast for 8-10minutes...stir it...and roast again for another 5-8 minutes. Adjust the time according to your cooked veggie preference. Salt and pepper to taste.
