I’ve rented for years only because if you read my captions you know I move a lot. I have a gypsy soul and I have a hard time committing with roots. When the subject of buying comes up I’ve always said “I have bad credit” not really knowing the kind of loans are out there.

A few years ago I sat down with a lender to see if the theory of “bad credit” was real. I was shocked to learn that not only did we qualify for a loan but we also qualified for a loan with NO DOWN PAYMENT!! _
The lender gave me tips on improving my credit and this whole process cost me nothing! My realtor guided me through the process as a buyer I had no idea this was free for me.

As many of you know I am now a Realtor now here in California. I’m teaching others how to step forward into home ownership. I don’t think there is enough knowledge about the process and how valuable of an investment it is. You can own properties, you can easily repair your credit, you just need to start!

I’m now looking into investment properties in the Los Angeles area. I will use my loan to buy a home in Kauai when I’m ready. But for now I’m really enjoying the process of helping others buy, sell and invest.
