I’ve recently stumbled on an unexpected way to manage my anxiety. It’s pasta making ? and for someone who doesn’t generally eat pasta it’s a surprising activity to turn to. It was during our road trip through Italy this fall that I developed a new appreciation for Italian food. I made a promise to myself to learn to make fresh pasta when I returned home. Now Sam and I host a pasta night once a week where we teach ourselves new pasta recipes. Last week we tried making ravioli for the first time.
