Yesterday was a 2/10 day but today is new and I feel able to climb my mountains! This is what I did to climb out of my hole-
1. Put my laptop down and went out on the school run. Being outside and with my tiny people reminded me what’s important. A bit of perspective.
2. Took my B6 tablet. I’ve been taking B6 now for 2-3 months because my hormones are intense and my moods were more so. B6 helps me have a bit of balance and if I forget to take it for a few days, I feel it! (Please consult your own gp before taking any supplement or medication, I am not a dr!)
3. Had a Mac Donald’s. Probs not the healthiest meal choice but sometimes you’ve got to just throw the towel in and smile while you enjoy a portion of golden fries right?
4. Rang people. I rang my book editor for reassurance and got in it abundance and I rang Esther who told me she felt the spirit of Princess Diana is with me this week so that was nice too ?.

So there we have it- fresh air, balance, yummy food and friendly support won the day!! Today I’m cracking on!
