January 17th 1995, @TheRoots were free to come to your home w our 2nd album (first major label debut on @geffenrecords #DYWM) what a STRANGE trip it’s been. This night we did the #JonStewart show and an in store at @officialtowerrecords in the village. My thinking was so small back then I was pretty much like “we prolly got 3-4 records in us and then I gotta find something to do in 1999 cause I’m sure there’s gonna be spaceships and whatnot in 1999 (for the record now when I think 1999 I think @ジャスティン・ティンバーレイク’s denim throwdown ??)—-yeah man let alone “will I still be a thing in the 2000s? Will I be alive in 2010 and beyond? Will Riq & I be a part of some Vegas revue? —-I never ever thought we’d still be here man. Wow #DoYouWantMore
