The world’s longest outdoor skating rink has opened for the season! Get a pair of skates and spend a few hours or a whole day exploring all 7.8 km (4.8 miles) of frozen ice through Ottawa. Along the way you’ll find lots of spots to rest and vendors selling hot drinks and beaver tails (a deep fried pastry topped with your choice of sweets).
