???Women in Media! This ones for you! Lights, Camera, ACTION! Happy Woman Crush Wednesday to my NBC Reporter Arlene, with over 14 years of experience as a Broadcasting Journalist! I had the pleasure of filming with NBC, for a fitness segment that will be airing soon on TV, & also online. (Swipe left for more BTS!) Arlene is highly talented, & very smart, & I loved working with her as she motivated me to never give up & keep kicking butt! This #WCW is also dedicated to all the hard working "WOMEN OF MEDIA" who are always filming, practicing, working in front of the camera, as VIDEO DOESNT LIE! It may look glamorous, but at times it can be challenging, but always worth it! I have been living my life in front of a camera for many years now. First on LIVE TV with HSN, countless photoshoots, interviews, and appearances. You got to be "media-genic" & always "TV-Ready"! I love what I do, & I hope that is shows! But it seems like "Women of Media" are always in pre-production, in production, or post-production. And yes, while juggling it all!
