1 Tbsp Ghee (@omgheebutter)
8 oz Steamed Broccolini
1 Cup pre-cooked potatoes (diced)
4 Free Range Pasturized Eggs
3 Egg Whites (sub 1/2 Cup liquid egg whites)
1/2 Tsp Garlic Herb salt (@Flavorgod Seasonings)
Pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 slices Bacon (I used @5280meat fresh sides with flavorgod seasonings and oven crisp)

1. Preheat oven to 415° F.
2. Hear ghee in an castiron pan and sear broccolini and potatoes.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and whites together and season with garlic herb salt.
4. Evenly pour egg mixture over veggies, sprinkle on crushed red pepper flakes and bacon and cook on medium low heat for ~3-5 minutes stovetop or until a crust starts to form.
5. Transfer pan to the preheated oven and bake for ~10 minutes or until the eggs have settled.
6. Remove form oven, let cool for ~5 minutes. Cut into four even slices and serve with your favorite salsa or hot sauce.
