INGREDIENTS

About 3 pounds of country-style pork ribs
1/2 cup or more of your favorite barbecue sauce

DRY SEASONING MIX:
2 Tbsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1 Tbsp sea salt
1-2 tsp FlavorGod EVERYTHING SPICY Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:
Trim excess fat from ribs and set aside. Mix the sugar, sea salt, and FlavorGod EVERYTHING SPICY in a small bowl. Rub the dry mixture over the ribs. Wrap seasoned ribs tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or longer, up to 24 hours.

Remove ribs from refrigerator. Heat grill to a steady 350ºF. Clean and oil grate. Start with ribs over primary (direct) heat source and cook just until browned on both sides – about 5-8 minutes total time. Move ribs to cooler (indirect) heat of grill to continue cooking. Brush one side with barbecue sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes. Flip ribs over, brush with sauce, and cook another 7-10 minutes. Ribs are ready to remove when internal temperature reaches 150ºF. Transfer ribs to a platter, tent with aluminum foil, and allow to rest for 10 full minutes to finish cooking.
