2 cups gluten free flour (I used otto_cassava_flour)
2 ½ cup warm water
2 Tablespoon EVOO
2 Tablespoon @omgheebutter

Salt to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, salt, evoo and @Flavorgod Seasonings Taco Tuesday. Form dough into ball and roll out (as thick or as thin as you would like). Cut dough into circles, they should look like tortillas, (I used the top of a mixing bowl to cut the circular shape) and on a hot griddle warm each side of the dough, about 3 minutes each side, or until golden brown. The thicker your dough, the longer it will need to cook.
Once cooked, slice into triangles and crisp in a hot skillet with 2T @omgheebutter. Cook 2-3 minutes each side until the chips are golden brown and are firm. Immediately remove from skillet and season with salt to taste. Layer chips, @5280meat ground beef, tomato, onion and avocado.
