Self-Development is everything. At the root of my own experience comes down to self-mastery. A lot of times people get caught up in how big their arms or legs are or how much they can bench. But what it’s all about is controlling one’s thinking and focusing one’s concentration towards the pursuit of a goal. All anybody can do is bring the ultimate effort to the forefront and put their best foot forward every single day. Don’t worry about this person or that person, because that’s not your job. Your job is to manage yourself to the best of your abilities. Focus on that and you will find that it's more than a full time job.
