BALANCE ✅✅ I want to walk you through my day up until now. It’s 1pm. I know you ladies see me on Instagram working out and in the gym, but that’s only 28 minutes of my day? This morning I woke up at 5:55am, showered and got dressed for the gym. I had one piece of toast and a banana at 6:30, got the dogs in the car and took them to daycare (it’s too hot in Adelaide, they are playing in the aircon with other dogs today haha). I got to the gym at 6:50am ✅ I opened the gym and let my friends in at 7:00am and started my workout from 7:15 - 7:45. I then went to breakfast where I ate eggs on toast with kale and a decaf latte. I went home, did the washing and the went into work ✅ I left work at 11:50am and was at my grandmas for lunch where I had rice stuffed vegetables and a freshly squeezed orange juice ? I went BACK home to hang out another load of washing and I’m now sitting in bed ready for my middle of the day nap ? (when I don’t have to be in the office I go home to nap for 1 hour). It’s now 1pm ? That’s my day so far! I hope this helps you ladies better understand that although I do workout, it’s ONLY for 28 minutes 3x per week.
