It’s been a great year making @davechangshow and to kick off the year, I’m talking a look back at 2018 and looking forward to 2019. I didn’t have a guest for this episode so you’re just getting my thoughts. I ended up talking a bit about Dick Fosbury, the guy who changed the high jump. He took this backwards-ass approach to it, and won the ?, and everybody has followed him ever since. Love trying to discover Fosbury stuff in food: find new ways of doing things that might seem crazy at first, but allow us to create more delicious food.
