I started this podcast with the pre-opening of @majordomola and now that we’ve been open for a year, I wanted to talk to some of the people who have been instrumental in getting us to where we are. This first post-opening diary covers the front of house. I talked to our GM @cmlarr and @richhargreave who oversees the beverage program. I hate job titles because we all work as a team and these two are great examples of that. They both try to go above and beyond to give the best experiences to our guests. Christine is a boss in every sense of the word and I would not open a restaurant without Rich. I’ve learned a lot from them and I hope you will too.
