@chefjeremyfox is a close friend and one of America’s best chefs. He makes the best tasting vegetables on the planet. But his success came at a huge personal cost. On this episode of @davechangshow I talked with Jeremy about mental health and how hard it is for chefs to find balance. We’re both still trying to process and articulate some of the stuff we’ve been through but I hope others can benefit from hearing what Jeremy has to say.
