Trust me, I haven’t always had this bum! When Justin and I first started dating I was a runner and basically had no butt at all! I ate horrible and tried to burn off the calories by running 3 miles a day😱

When I started weight training and incorporating the proper diet I saw how my body could drastically change with some hard work and effort! It didn’t happen over night, I’ve actually been on my fitness journey now for over 5 years! .

This is just a friendly reminder that we all start somewhere and it doesn’t happen by mistake. .
