Hey Folk fans! We’re taking over this Instagram feed and giving you an inside look at @roadsendworkshop — our affordable touring photo 101 workshop ⚡️ with almost 40 stops around the states, there’s sure to be something for everyone!
So, what exactly am I taking about..!? Well.. hello. My name is Paige! My husband and I decided to leave our corporate industry careers in New York City and change the way others perceive education and creative workshops. I had previously spent 5 years traveling for the largest camera retailer and working dozens of events. From large scale trade shows to wild retreats. The face of education was changing but a demographic I never saw being marketed towards was new photographers. Where were the beginner workshops? Ones that didn’t require you travel to them, pay handsomely for admittance, take time off work and still leave unsatisfied. So we took it into our own hands!
We’re renovating a 1972 airstream ambassador, and in just a few short weeks, we’re hitting the road and starting this wild journey. I’ll be spending some more time explaining our route, sponsors, curriculums and goals for 2019.. so please, stick around and ask ANY questions you have!! Now go kick Monday’s ass! We love you all.
