Good Sunday to you mon petite pois! I’m solo with the girls today so will be trying to get out and about. . This might sound weird but I usually find Sundays the hardest of the week. I don’t have my usual structure or routine and the house is generally trashed from the Saturday. To top it off, I have an irrational fomo because social media tells me the world and his stunning wife are having the BEST day ever haha! . So here are my tips for Sunday’s! 1. Have a quick look in your kitchen and decide now what you’ll do for lunch and dinner. Having a quickie (ooer) plan removes the stress of trying to work it out during the day when you’re hungry. It also helps you make healthier choices rather than impulse shoving a whole bag of wotsits in your mouth whilst nobody looks (#Me). 2. Get out. Even if it’s just a walk round your area or you arrange to pop in on a pal, it resets the brain to see a new landscape and the fresh air calms wild kidlings. Studies have actually shown children who spent time outside did better in little tests than the children who stayed in. So go out and feel smug that you’re acing it. 3. Plan in a treat. Tonight I’m having a bath with some new @lushcosmetics goodies and I’m really looking forward to it. Having that Joy Thing in my day means I don’t resent the more boring parts of the day like wiping the high chair or ironing. #SimplePleasures. Maybe your Joy Thing could be my New Weekly at 9am today? Wink wink haha. . If you’re a Sunday Struggler too, I’d LOVE to hear your tips and hacks so I can use them too! ??✨?
