My client had a lot of fragile highlights & lowlights - which meant I had to be super careful and meticulous! ( I genuinely love challenges ?) The entire foil was done using @paulmitchellus Synchrolift with 5 volume. Yes, ?. Remember, the less hair in the foil, the greater the lift. Now get ready for this novel ?
1️⃣ Part the hair into four standard sections.
2️⃣ Starting from the nape, take a slice and weave out the highlights.
3️⃣ Apply lightener to grown-out area of highlights, not overlapping on the blonde and leaving 1/4” off scalp.
4️⃣ Flip the foil up & clip.
5️⃣ Grab the lows, foil, & saturate.
6️⃣ Repeat over and over and over ?
7️⃣ Once everything is foiled, congratulate yourself ?? then mix a bowl of Synchrolift with 10 vol.
8️⃣ Slide foil down, saturate on scalp to line of demarcation.
9️⃣ Once the roots are applied start taking out your foils, and pulling through the ends where needed. ? Wait for everything to lift to an even pale yellow, then tone ?
