Video by @tobyharriman // I went to Hong Kong to document their public housing block towers. I wanted to use my aerials to abstractly show the density and population Hong Kong and the Kowloon area have to offer. It was stunning to see in person and I hope my visuals help give you a sense of scale and how many people live here. Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated areas in the world, with an overall density of some 6,300 people per square kilometre. Over 29% of the Hong Kong population live in public rental housing estates like these. It’s just mesmerizing to see in person.
