NOW FOR SUPPS. I fought taking ANYTHING for a long time. I felt that “I have no issues I don’t need anything I’m not taking extra stuff just to take it”. I think it took me a full year to be convinced AFTER starting with @xendurance (LOL sry) but I FINALLY started introducing my body to the supplements individually to see what I thought. I started with just Immune Boost (multi vit) and slowly tried the other products so I could see how they worked. Now I use the list on the second pic DAILY. -
