Came in today not feeling like lifting anything if I’m bein honest. Legs felt fried from last nights squats & body was movin slooooowwwww. But I checked myself, got my shit together & made my way through my 10 triples and doubles. I may have double bounced almost everything (lol legs pls) & they definitely weren’t the prettiest, but that’s how majority of days go! They are almost NEVER glamorous. #grit Also thank you to @rpstrength for having my back with my diet since 2015. Gaining weight (& strength) is an exciting time & I wouldn’t trust anyone else to guide me through it. Use “MATTIE10” for templates.
