Welcome to 2019, the year we have no excuse to stop drinking alcohol, be more compassionate towards animals, and pull ourselves together politically (in that order!) Here’s me, back on the mat, stretching out my back and learning yoga. As remarkable as it sounds, it’s been very transformative to become a yogi, combined with my veganism, that’s me crossed off most peoples dinner invites! No worries, the music continues to flow, and getting back on tour this year is going to be exciting.
