As I think on the past and move into the future, I’m presently grateful for all the life I’ve led this past decade. Owning my truth, my joy, my love, my rights wasn’t always easy, but sometimes persistence is liberation. It’s never felt more urgent to show up as my most authentic self. Slow justice felt hard to come by...but when haters, predatory abusers and online trolls tried to create false narratives, either personally or professionally, I experienced validation & vindication. I’ve worked hard to get here. I belong here. And I matter. When support, celebration or grieving was needed- kind, smart, loving, fierce humans showed up. Thank you to the folks & friends who have shown up with true integrity & hearts of gold. We humans are complicated but wow there are some really fine ones out there. And I love you. My evolution & growth will continue. Grateful to all of my spiritual teachers who remind me that I choose life, change, growth, truth, joy & love.
