I hope everyone had a heart-filled and wonderful holiday. Thank you for all the kind words extended to us over here. Our first Christmas together was very special and the warmth and magic that we often remember from our childhood days was felt in such a sweet way. My dad’s presence was also greatly missed but I could feel his smile upon us and it made my heart smile too. Life isn’t perfect and there are so many struggles that each of us endure, but I’m thankful for the moments that seem to have a way of putting everything else on mute and allowing us to experience the best and most important parts of life: each other.
