Recently, I was getting a lot of foot/back pain. 😣 Have you ever had this happen to you?
Your body’s foundation begins at your feet, so the last thing I need is foot pain that shot up my back and compromised the way I walked, ran, exercised and did things I enjoyed!  After doing some research online, I came across heel pads that would help support me while active.

OMG guys believe me when I say that these “heel seats” have SAVED my life. The cool thing about these is that they aren’t like other shoe inserts they line the whole bottom of your feet. 🙌🏼 These pads sit right under your heel and foot arch, and provide really great support that has helped majority of the pain away.
