Here's his recipe ? (because how can you resist these festive treats?): Cream together: 1 stick unsalted butter (room temp) + 1 cup granulated sugar ?? add 1 egg (room temp) + 1 tsp vanilla + 2-3 drops peppermint extract ?? add 1 3/4 cups AP flour + 3 Tbs cocoa + 2 Tbs ground coffee + 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt ?? mix until combined ?? roll dough (between parchment and plastic wrap) to just under a 1/4 inch ?? refrigerate until firm ?? punch out circles (I used a 2-inch cutter) ?? bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes (until edges are dry/set) ?? cool completely ?? dip in melted chocolate (I used 60%) ?? sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies. Now enjoy! ✨
