Hi friends! Just wanna put it out there and remind everyone to be a little kinder during the Holiday season. For most of us, the holidays are a time filled with family and love and relaxation - and what an unimaginably huge blessing it is to feel any if not ALL of those things during the holidays. Enjoy it, immerse yourself in it. ?
Just don’t forget to hold space in your heart for people who may not be on the same page... the people who will spend Christmas in a hospital, the homeless, anyone struggling to make ends meet, the people dealing with loss of love and loss of loved ones, those with depression or other mental illness or addiction, and simply those who are alone.
The holidays for some people can be REALLY lonely and really really hard.
If you see someone who looks like the Scrooge this year, chances are they just need a little blessing. Lift people up :)
