Guys. Say hello to my NEW KITCHEN!!! We decided to go with a seventies vibe and a countertop that's brighter than the sun. What do you think??? I'm just kidding. This was the kitchen at #thegettogether last night for the launch of the new @portalfromfacebook. See that screen to my right? You can talk to friends and family and the camera will keep you in view as you move around the room, so they don't end up talking to your ear or the ceiling. The sound adjusts to how far away you are from the device too. And if another person enters the frame, the camera widens to include them. It's pretty cool. The Get Together is currently open to the public (from 11am-8pm until Dec 23rd) on the corner of Bond and Broadway in NoHo. In addition to being a really fun interactive product demo, they've got free hot chocolate, cookies, and a professional photographer taking portraits that you can turn into a holiday card to send to a friend!
